Adaptive Sports & Recreation Opportunities - Northland area

Since 1979, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute - Northland Sports and Recreation department has offered an abundance of activities that encourage youth and adults with disabilities to lead active and healthy lifestyles. We also invite friends and family members to participate, leading to healthier communities. A wide variety of classes and events are offered in various locations, including:

The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, interns and staff is our priority. Before deciding to return to play, it is important to consider your personal and family health circumstances. If in doubt, you are encouraged to participate virtually.
