Wellness Coaching - Buffalo

Work with a coach to discover what motivates you, what gets in the way and how to manage and work through those obstacles.
Health and Wellness Coaches help identify your unique plan for health and collaborate on strategies that will work for you. Common areas of focus include exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress.
Individual coaching includes appointments in person, over the phone or both. In-person coaching is available at Buffalo Hospital.
Availability: Monday-Friday by appointment, early morning and evening appointments also available. Group coaching is also available.
