Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program

Are you tired of yo-yo dieting? This mindful eating program is based on the work of Dr. Michelle May, author of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat. This eight-week workshop is designed to help individuals change their relationship with food forever as they learn to take charge of eating habits and change their mindset towards food and physical activity.
