Why I became a physician: Losing my hair from Alopecia gave me a desire to bring healing to others.
What I tell my friends and family: Daily physical activity is one of the most important things you can do to prevent disease as well as improve your physical and mental health. Make exercise fun and not a chore!
How I spend my free time: I love spending time with my wife and two wonderful children, jogging, playing guitar, traveling, cooking and grilling.
